Description
DYE-COLOR ANTI-RED is a bleaching powder to a progressive, rapid bleaching action. It bleaches max till 5-6 tones. Mix DYE-COLOR ANTI-RED with Olicrem to 20-30-40 volumes, you obtain a creamy and wrapping bleaching mixture which, during the developing time, does not swell and crumble on the hair stalk because it always keeps an optimum humidity state. It is ideal for : all kinds of decolouration: bleaching action strengthened for meches and hair light-strokes make in the open air: for extreme effects of bleaching or for working on darker bases.
